What makes
a Thunderbolt?

Thunderbolts Girls Fastpitch Softball provides youth with the opportunity to compete in travel softball on a national level. We were formed in 2005 to encourage opportunities to follow this sports experience with a college scholarship.

Birmingham Thunderbolts, LLC is a 501-C3 non-profit entity based in Irondale, AL. The Bolts own and maintain a private, two field softball complex, a third private practice field comprised of a traditional clay infield and Bermuda grass outfield, and a 13,000 SF private indoor training facility.

We are a dedicated group of coaches, players and families from locations throughout the country. Thunderbolts Girls Fastpitch Softball is always looking for talented players from good families to join our sports program.
